2. Remove AppData for your Silhouette Studio

1. Close all running instances of Silhouette.
2. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard, type %appdata%, and press Enter.
   
3. Delete the folder com.aspexsoftware.Silhouette_Studio.
   
4. Try opening Silhouette Studio again and see if the problem is fixed.
